I’ve had my Cozyla frame for a while now, the software updates have been reassuring. I always worry a little with updates that something might get messed up, but the last one actually made the menu feel faster and fixed that small lag when uploading pictures. I didn’t have to mess with any settings or do anything confusing—it just updated and worked. It’s nice to know they’re still improving it after you’ve already bought it.

I ordered from cozyla.com when I was kind of rushing, so I was just hoping the checkout wouldn’t turn into a whole thing. Luckily, the pages loaded quickly, my payment went through on the first try, and I didn’t have to stop and create some long confusing account.
I also appreciated that the total was clear before I paid, because I didn’t have time to deal with random fees popping up at the end. Overall it was quick, simple, and stress-free, so I’d use them again.

I’ve been using the photo sharing feature and overall it works fine for me. The only thing I’ve noticed is that uploads can feel a bit slow sometimes, but aside from that, I haven’t had any major issues

I've moved this thing twice now, and it still mounts just fine. i thought it might get a little annoying after the first time, but... nope, still easy.

That said, I did feel a little misled at first because I expected it to be more seamless than it actually is. It still helps, but it wasn’t exactly the experience I thought we were getting.

My first instinct was that the designs looked really cute, and I do like the overall vibe. But after looking at them a bit more, some parts just felt kind of plain to me. It’s not bad at all, just didn’t give me that instant “wow” feeling I was hoping for.

I’ll give it credit, it did look mostly like the description, so that was nice. But when it showed up, a couple of the details seemed a little different than I expected from the photos. It’s not bad or anything, I’m just not totally convinced the listing captured it exactly.

I had a problem with my order, which was annoying, but support got back to me the same day. Thankfully, they fixed it without making me repeat the whole situation over and over, which I really appreciated.

The site worked fine for me overall, and checkout felt secure enough. That said, I found myself wondering what information was actually being saved or shared. Maybe it was all explained somewhere, but it didn’t feel very easy to find or understand. Personally, I’d feel more comfortable if the privacy settings and details were a bit clearer upfront.

My quick take: it does what it’s supposed to, but I noticed I have to tap it a little more firmly sometimes for it to respond. Not a dealbreaker, just something I picked up on right away.

I got this for my Cozyla setup, mostly because I was tired of seeing the power cables everywhere. I didn’t really expect it to make that much of a difference, but yeah, it actually cleaned things up well. But the shipping was absolutely slower than I was expecting, like I was fully convinced it had disappeared for a bit. The tracking barely updated for a few days, so I had no clue where the package was. It did show up in good shape, thankfully, but definitely not fast by any stretch. Overall, not a terrible experience at all, but I’m completely sure they could do a lot better with delivery times.

Overall, the display is totally usable and looks nice enough for everyday stuff like browsing, emails, and watching the occasional video. That said, I was expecting it to be a little sharper, and photos can look kind of washed out if you’re viewing from certain angles. The brightness is okay indoors, but it struggles a bit if you’re sitting near a window or in brighter light. Still, for the price, it gets the job done and I’m not unhappy with it — I just wouldn’t call the screen amazing.

The box showed up dented, which was annoying because I wasn’t sure if anything inside had been damaged. Thankfully, everything turned out fine, but I wish they had been clearer about the packaging or what to expect with shipping.

That said, reading between the lines, it kind of feels like the product is solid but the size options just aren’t quite there yet. I was hoping for something a bit bigger, or at least more choices in between, but I ended up feeling like I had to compromise.

It’s not a bad purchase at all, and I don’t regret getting it. I just wish there were more size options, because that would have made it a much better fit for what I actually wanted.

My Google calendar showed up fast and I didn’t have to deal with any weird steps, which was nice. So far I’m happy with it, though I’m still not totally sure how well it’ll hold up over time

The only small issue I ran into was having to retry one photo upload once, but it went through fine after that. Overall, it’s a simple, reliable app that makes using the frame feel easy
